I can't believe it's March 1st already!
February was National Chocolate Celebration Month!
For one of my daughter's birthday, we made a two-layer, rich, chocolate cake. Frosted with ganache and topped with chocolate truffles made this dessert perfect for my chocolate-lover!
To start Valentine's morning, we made a heart-shaped coffee cake, drizzled with a light icing.
And we can't forget about the chocolate truffles!!
Who doesn't enjoy that rich, creamy truffle center?
